These Terms govern the use of this website and any professional services provided by Seyed Ahmad Gholami.
1. Professional Services
I provide professional website development services including Next.js, React, WordPress, technical SEO, performance optimization and website maintenance.
2. Quotations & Payments
Every project is quoted individually based on scope, requirements and timeline. Work begins after both parties agree on the proposal.
3. Project Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided before the project starts. Additional features requested during development may affect the timeline.
4. Intellectual Property
After the final payment, ownership of the delivered project is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
5. Third-party Services
Some projects rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways, analytics or external APIs. Their availability is outside my control.
6. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality software, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or be held responsible for indirect losses resulting from third-party systems.
